Ross Dress for Less will open a new relocated store in Laredo on October 24, 2020. The 30,000 square foot store is located in Rio Norte Shopping Center, southwest corner of Interstate 35 and Mann Road in the former Toys/Babies "R" Us. With this new opening, Ross will operate 206 stores in Texas and a total of 1,591 locations.
