Bell, Senior Vice President Investments, and Watt Harrison, Senior Associate, in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. This was a unique opportunity for a buyer to acquire two class A retail centers with potential upside. In the end the seller selected a buyer who was capable of purchasing them both and getting them financed.

Shops at Cinco Ranch Plaza I is located at 9555 Spring Green Boulevard in Katy, Texas. Shops at Cinco Ranch Plaza II is located at 25230 FM 1093 Road in Katy, Texas.
