LaSalle Group will develop an $11.2 million memory care assisted living project in West Houston, penciling deliver for first quarter 2013.

The developer will flag the 26,000-square-foot facility with its Autumn Leaves brand. LaSalle Group, based in Irving, Texas, is partnering with Silverado Interests and Community Trust Bank to develop the specialty portfolio. The West Houston project will be the ninth one in Greater Houston that it's developed in roughly two years.

Autum Leaves of West Houston is expected to generate 200 jobs, 155 of which will be during the construction phase.
