CBRE Reports Sale of San Pedro Crossing Shopping Center in San Antonio
CBRE’s National Retail Investment Group reported Tuesday that it has completed the sale of San Pedro Crossing, an in-fill Class A retail center, at Loop 410 and San Pedro Avenue in San Antonio, Texas.
San Pedro Crossing features six buildings totaling 207,120 square feet on 17.74 acres of land. At the time of sale, the center was 97.5% leased.
Chris Cozby, Chris Gerard and Kevin Holland with CBRE represented the seller, BB Fonds International 1 USA, LP. The buyer, American Realty Capital-Retail Centers of America, Inc., purchased the center for an undisclosed amount.
However, as citybiz real estate reported in August, the property was set to trade for $32.7 million.
The largest building is approximately 133,461 square feet and occupied by Toys “R” Us and Babies “R” Us, Office Depot, Barnes & Noble and Shoe Carnival. There are three single-tenant, free-standing buildings which contain The Container Store a 22,817 square foot building; Cavender’s Boot City a 13,548 square foot building; and Golf Galaxy a 13,506 square foot building. In addition, there are two multi-tenant buildings which total 22,886 square feet.
San Pedro Crossing is located at 303-333 NW Loop 410, just across Loop 410 from North Star Mall. The buildings were constructed in 1995 and renovated in 2010.
