Colliers International is pleased to announce the sale of a ±23.28 acre site located at the northwest corner of Fondren Road and U.S. 90A in Missouri City, Texas to Heron Houston Partners, LP, led by Adkisson Group, Inc, as the Developer. The land is to be developed into multiple user Light Industrial sites. The Seller was Patricia Al-Attas Barrett, in several capacities.

Tom Condon, Jr., Senior Vice President in The Woodlands office of Colliers International Houston represented the Seller and Travis Land, SIOR of NAI Partners represented the Buyer. David Pitschmann with Alamo Title Company coordinated the closing.
