Jaffe, the legal industry’s full-service marketing, PR and branding agency, is pleased to announce that it has added three senior-level consultants to its ranks: Alfred T. Green, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development; and Liz Bard Lindley, Senior Vice President, Public Relations.

The new hires, which enhance multiple service areas at the agency, were made in response to market and client demands.

“We are seeing law firms invest more aggressively in their marketing and PR efforts, likely due to increased competition among legal service providers,” said Terry M. Isner, CEO/Owner, Marketing and Branding. “At the same time, we’re seeing law firms that never had a marketing function invest for the first time in marketing, public relations and business development initiatives. It’s exciting to see the industry’s continued growth.”

“Al, Glennie and Liz together have many decades of significant legal industry marketing and PR experience and successful track records,” said Vivian Hood, CEO/Owner, Public Relations. “We are fortunate to offer and leverage their expertise to the benefit of our clients. We are thrilled to welcome Al and Glennie, and we are delighted that Liz has returned to Jaffe!”

Romanoski, who is based in Florida and North Carolina, has spent nearly 30 years conducting business development and marketing for law firms. His broad-based management experience gives him an edge in creating and implementing efficient and productive marketing strategies and tactics for individuals, practice groups and client teams. Highlights of his experience include the reorganization of an AMLAW 100 firms’ litigation practice, expanding that firm’s IP practice from 37 to 117 attorneys, and positioning the firm to successfully bid on MDL litigation as regional coordinating counsel. Romanoski also created and administered a client interview program at a major Western firm and developed metrics to bid successfully on matters involving complex litigation, including creative RFP responses. He also was the CMO at a large Midwestern firm that merged with a large New York firm to create a top 10 AMLAW firm.

Green has over 20 years of marketing, business development and sales experience with the majority of that time spent in the legal industry. She formerly worked at an AmLaw 100 firm that, today, has emerged to become one of the largest national employment law firms in the country. At the firm, Green was instrumental in expanding its marketing program by developing its first regional marketing manager role. There she discovered her talents for working with attorneys one on one to develop customized marketing and business development plans. At Jaffe, Green applies her legal marketing expertise from the Fort Worth area to assist attorneys and law firms in Texas and nationwide in building their businesses by developing realistic marketing and business development plans, creating and nurturing client relationships, and tracking and analyzing results of all business development and marketing activities.

Lindley started her career in matrimonial law at a boutique firm in New Jersey after earning her JD at Emory Law School. After three years as a litigator, she saw another career path: marketing lawyers to their referral sources and the community. Lindley was hired at a global PR agency in New York City to represent law firms and law schools with strategic public relations campaigns, earning top placements in business and legal publications that positioned her clients as the go-to resources for their knowledge and insights. She then moved in-house to assist a corporate education company in its launch of a first-of-its-kind, fully online law school, where she successfully promoted the institution’s mission and accomplishments in the media. In 2002, Lindley joined Jaffe as Director of Client Services, working with global and national law firms for eight years. She then took an agency position doing crisis work, SWOT analyses, and integrated B2B and consumer campaigns for well-known pet brands and veterinary clinics and associations. Based in northern New Jersey, Lindley has returned to Jaffe as a Senior Vice President to once again apply her PR expertise for law firm clients.
