Newland Communities, LP (Newland) announces the sale of 65.2 acres to Frisco Independent School District (Frisco ISD) within its Hollyhock master-planned community for future school district usage.
Frisco ISD approached Newland to purchase the parcel of land for its real estate portfolio to secure locations in high growth areas within the district. The purchased acreage is located at Dakotah Road and Rockhill Parkway in part of the Hollyhock community that has yet to be developed.
