Noor Acquires Restorative Health Care

Habib Noor, founder of Noor, Inc., announced today his acquisition of Texas health services provider, Restorative Health Care (RHC).

RHC is a leading provider of home health services in Texas and relies on four offices and over 300 field clinicians providing an array of nursing and therapy services. RHC specializes in providing RN, OT, PT and ST services to patients from pediatric to seniors in care for chronic conditions, intermittent care, quadriplegics and disease management.

Mr. Noor has been a leader in the staffing and recruiting industry since 1995. He has a demonstrated tenure in acquiring distressed companies and turning them around. His goal is to bring financial stability, improved business operations and growth while maintaining business continuity and quality of service to clients and patients. Noor, Inc. oversees 22 staffing and recruiting brands with over 2,500 internal and contingent employees operating through 11 brick and mortar offices and servicing 40 states.
