WLD Properties Houston LLC has purchased 10.4 acres at the intersection of Veterans Memorial Drive and Dewalt Street, Houston, from Edward H. and Susan S. Nguyen. Brad Elmore and Austen Baldridge of NewQuest Properties and John Nguyen of J. Hunter Properties represented the seller in the direct deal.

Lone Star A&O Brothers Inc. has purchased 0.9 acres (41,095 sf) at 35207 FM 249, Pinehurst, from Don Heathcott. Rob Whitaker of NewQuest Properties represented the seller. Andrea Havard of Walzel Properties represented the buyer.
