CMC Acquires all the Assets of MMFX Technologies Corp

Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC), today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, CMC Steel Fabricators, Inc., has acquired substantially all of the assets of MMFX Technologies Corporation (MMFX). MMFX markets, sells, and licenses the production of proprietary specialty steel products, including its Chr?mX line of high strength, corrosion-resistant rebar. MMFX operates out of Irvine, California, and its products are sold throughout the United States and Canada.
