AmTrust Title Insurance Company announced it has signed a sublease for corporate offices in downtown Houston at One Allen Center, the Brookfield-owned, five-building 3.2 million-square-foot office complex located at 500 Dallas Street.
AmTrust Title will move onto the 13 th floor of the 34-story skyscraper before the end of the month.
"Our business in Houston is vibrant and growing," said Read Hammond, Esq., senior vice president, southwest regional manager for AmTrust Title, "and the Houston office represents the southwest regional center with a staff of experienced industry professionals. As a result of increasing demand from our commercial real estate and title agent customers, we have opened a downtown location to accommodate continued business expansion throughout Texas.”
