Michigan-based RGIS LLC has nearly doubled in size with an early renewal and expansion in the 13-building Arlington Oaks Office Park.

The company will move Nov. 1 to a 2,394-sf office suite at 215 Billings St. It presently occupies 1,204 sf in the same building in the 95,274-sf park, situated close to TX 360 and Abrams Street.

"RGIS needed the space now due to its growth. The easiest option was to renew early and move right next door to the larger suite," says Judy Nitzinger, vice president of Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors DFW in Arlington. She represents the local landlord, One Oak Over the Line.

RGIS was founded in 1959 as a retail grocery inventory specialist. It has since expanded to all types of companies worldwide, including healthcare, and performs more than 1,400 inventories per day. Machera Usrey of CRESA Dallas/Fort Worth represented RGIS.

Arlington Oaks Office Park is 65% leased to a mix of professional and medical office users. The only full-building vacancy, totaling 7,227 sf, is a former pediatrics clinic at 205 Billings St.

"Arlington Oaks Office Park has a strong base of longtime tenants, who like being equidistant to Dallas and Fort Worth," Nitzinger says. "And, its proximity to city hospitals has always fueled a high concentration of medical professionals in the project."
