A member of Bradley’s Construction and Government Contracts Practice Group, Mr. Faria has broad experience in real estate law, with a focus on commercial, industrial and residential construction law. His extensive trial experience includes conducting jury and bench trials, as well as arbitrations, on matters ranging from homeowner claims to multimillion- and multibillion-dollar commercial projects throughout Texas. He represents developers, general contractors, subcontractors, homebuilders, homeowners, business owners and individuals in a variety of disputes, as well as in Occupation Safety and Health Administration compliance and investigation matters.
Mr. Faria is actively involved in the construction industry and the community, currently serving on the executive committee of the Greater Houston Builders Association as general counsel, and as legal advisor for Operation FINALLY HOME, a nonprofit 501(c) that provides custom-made, mortgage-free homes to wounded and disabled veterans and the widows of fallen soldiers. He also is an active member in the Associated General Contractors (AGC) and Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). He is a frequent speaker to construction groups and author on a variety of construction industry topics. He earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from St. Lawrence University.
