Award Marks Company’s Fourth Recognition this Year
Transwestern today announces Great Place to Work® and Fortune have named the firm one of the “100 Best Workplaces for Millennials” for the second year. Transwestern, the only third-party, full-service commercial real estate firm to be recognized, was ranked No. 38. The award comes on the heels of being recognized by the same organizations as a Best Workplace for Women for the second consecutive year, a Best Workplace in Texas and a Best Workplace in Chicago.

The ranking considered 398,000 surveys that assessed organizations’ fairness, teamwork, benefits and other elements essential to an outstanding work culture. While many companies report high turnover among younger workers, an average of 85 percent of millennial front-line employees at the Best Workplaces say they want to work at their organizations for a long time.
