CBRE announced that Rob Neblett, a seasoned commercial real estate professional, has joined its Advisory & Transaction Services, Occupier team in Houston.

Mr. Neblett will join CBRE as a Senior Vice President specializing in office tenant representation within the Houston market.

Mr. Neblett joins CBRE from Avison Young, where he served as a Principal within that company’s Tenant Representation practice. A recognized leader within the real estate industry, Mr. Neblett has more than 38 years of commercial and office leasing experience, 34 of which have been dedicated to tenant representation for a wide range of Houston-based companies. Some of his notable clients have included Permian Mud Services/Champion Technologies, Halcon Resources, Mariner Energy, Sequitur Energy Resources, Athlon Solutions and Kinder Morgan.

Mr. Neblett will work out of CBRE’s downtown office, located at 700 Louisiana Street.
