Bill G. Jordan, Vice President Investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was secured by Mr. Jordan.

Sublett Corners Shopping Center is located at 5900-5912 South Cooper in Arlington, Texas. The subject property is a dynamic retail portfolio located in the heart of Dallas/Fort Worth in Arlington, Texas.

The shopping center consists of five separate buildings with a total of 87,900-square feet. The 94 percent occupied offering is grocery shadowed (Albertson’s) and anchored by Stein Mart. The +10 acre site also features two single tenant pad sites that are occupied by KFC and PrimeCare Emergency Clinic as well as two other multi-tenant buildings.
