P4G Capital Partners announced today that it has acquired the assets of Fore Machine Company, Inc. and Aero Components, Inc. Based in Haltom City, TX, Fore Machine provides high precision machining as well as coating/bonding, metal processing and assembly for manufacturers in the aerospace and defense sector. Based in Fort Worth, TX, Aero Components offers certified ISO 9001, 2000 and AS9100 bonding, NADCAP coating/bonding, metal processing and assembly for manufacturers in the aerospace and defense sector.

The management teams of both companies will be staying on and rolling a significant portion of their proceeds into the new entity as the companies expand their operations to provide even better response times, quality, and service to their customers with enhanced capabilities and even more control over chemical processes.
