Vista Equity Partners has put Omnitracs up for sale, the Wall Street Journal is reporting. Vista has tapped Evercore Partners and Atlas Technology Group to run the Omnitracs auction, the story said. Omnitracs, a fleet management software maker, produces about $115 million EBITDA and about $400 million in 2017 revenue, the WSJ said. Omnitracs could sell for $2 billion; the process is in the early stages, the story said.
