Metropolitan Capital Advisors, Ltd. has arranged construction financing for Casa Solace Memory Care located in Houston, Texas. MCA arranged the financing on behalf of an entity sponsored by Casa Solace Memory Care. 

The Project will be developed in two phases. The first phase will consist of 25,600 sq. ft: 36 memory care beds and a Community Center. When both phases are completed, the Project will contain a total of 90 beds for assisted living and/ or memory care along with the community center. The Project is situated on +/- 5.4 acres located along Space Center Boulevard near a new 700 home master planned community by Trendmaker. 

Kevan McCormack, a Senior Director at MCA, was responsible for arranging the $7,050,000 construction loan with a local bank.
