Bright Realty brokered the lease for The Reading Ranch in Phase II of the Castle Hills Village Shops. The 765-square-foot space is located in the master-planned Castle Hills community in Lewisville at King Arthur Blvd. and Lady of the Lake Blvd. The Reading Ranch will offer tutoring and summer programs in reading, phonics, spelling, vocabulary and more.  Tim McNutt and Britton Lankford represented the landlord, Bright Realty, in the transaction. The tenant was unrepresented.

The Reading Room adds another tenant to the already popular Village Shops destination. TKO Libations, a craft brewery, is opening in the shops this summer.  Other Village Shops tenants includeTBD Kitchen, PI.E 3.14 Everyday Eatery, Kanzi Sushi & Hibachi and conveniences such as a hair salon; nail salon; dental, chiropractic and orthodontic offices; a convenience store and more.
