KKR is considering selling its 31 percent stake in Visma Group, a Norwegian software company, the Wall Street Journal reported. A sale of the Visma stake could fetch 1 billion euros ($1.1 billion), the story said. HgCapital and Cinven each own 31 percent of Visma with management owning the rest. It is possible that either HgCapital or Cinven could buy out KKR and boost their stake, the WSJ said.
