Eagle’s Trace retirement community announced the promotion of Latasha Jones to Director of Continuing Care.

Mrs. Jones brings seven years of senior living experience to her new leadership position.  She began her career at Eagle’s Trace in 2015 as Assisted Living and Memory Care Manager before a promotion to Assistant Administrator in July, 2016.  Previously,  she served as an Assistant Executive Director and a Director of Social Services at two health care facilities in Dallas.

As Director of Continuing Care, Mrs. Jones will oversee the daily health and wellness services and achievement of high quality experiences for residents and their families through a personal care model reflecting the core values of the Erickson Living community.  

With 210 dedicated employees, the continuing care neighborhood of Eagle’s Trace features 112 spacious suites/residences, including assisted living, memory care, post-acute rehabilitation and nursing care services.

Mrs. Jones holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas Women’s University and a master’s degree in social work from Texas A&M Commerce.   A licensed nursing home administrator in Texas, she is a member of the Texas Board of Social Workers.

A native of Missouri City, Texas, Mrs. Jones is currently a resident of Houston.
