Yorktown Partners-backed Solaris Sets IPO Pricing Terms

Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, Inc. (NYSE: SOI) announced today that it has launched an initial public offering of 10,600,000 shares of its Class A common stock at an anticipated initial offering price between $15.00 and $18.00 per share pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 filed previously with the Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition, Solaris intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,590,000 shares of Solaris’ common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares have been authorized for listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “SOI,” subject to official notice of issuance.
