CenterPoint Announces Three 10-Year Deals in Houston with Dupuy

CenterPoint Properties is proud to announce that The Dupuy Group has signed a 10-year, 212,961 SF lease located at 3240 South Loop. The company also signed a 10-year renewal at its two neighboring faciltiies located at 7700 and 7703 Cannon St. David Boyd, of Boyd Commercial, represented Dupuy while Kelly Landwermeyer, of Holt Lunsford, represented CenterPoint in the transaction.

The Dupuy Group supports services in warehousing, transportation and logistical needs, specializing in handling food grade cargo and general commodities.

Dupuy’s new building at 3240 South Loop features 5,175 SF of office space, 19 parking spaces, 30’ clear heights, 46 exterior doors, two drive-in doors, 19 rail doors, 30’x30’ typical bay size and precast concrete, tilt-up walls with a steel frame.
