Fisher Phillips announced today that Lariza Pruneda Hebert has relocated to the firm’s Houston office as an associate attorney. Fisher Phillips is a leading management-side labor and employment law firm with 33 offices nationwide.

Herbert comes from the San Antonio Fisher Phillips office where she worked on FMLA, independent contractor, discrimination (sex, race, gender, disability, and age), and trade secret cases. She also revised and drafted employer handbooks and policies. Previously, Herbert worked for a large San Antonio-based grocery retailer where she was responsible for drafting employment policies, maintaining union avoidance, preparing human resource training materials, and offering general guidance on labor and employment law. She also handled dispute resolutions before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Texas Workforce Commission.

Hebert is active in Houston Young Lawyers Association, Texas Aggie Bar Association, and Houston Bar Association. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and her law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in Texas.
