Baker Donelson is pleased to announce the arrival of Dilnaz Saleem to the Firm's Immigration Group. She was previously with Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP.

Ms. Saleem joins Baker Donelson as of counsel in the Houston office, where she focuses her practice on corporate immigration and employment matters and works closely with local, national and international clients to provide legal advice in all areas of global immigration. She also provides strategic direction and implements best practices for clients and focuses on all aspects of employment-based immigration, policy design and program management to align with clients' global business objectives.

A graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, Ms. Saleem has extensive experience counseling clients on all aspects of corporate immigration law, including nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence, labor certification Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) applications, immigrant visa petitions and consular processing as well as compliance matters, including I-9 and LCA compliance issues.
