CBRE has promoted Buddy Urban, MAI, to managing director, Valuation & Advisory Services for the Houston office. He will work with Bruce Bailey, MAI, and Eric Finely, MAI, who also serve as managing directors in Houston.

Mr. Urban will oversee quality control and business development throughout the region. With more than 30 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience throughout the U.S. and within various CBRE offices, Mr. Urban has provided valuation and appraisal services for a variety of properties within the multifamily, office, retail and industrial segments.
