Dallas-based Corbet Design + Build, a commercial construction company, has broken ground on an 12,970-square-foot building that will house Ace Hardware in Celina, Texas. The 1.374-acre tract is located at 1371 S. Preston Road in Collin County.
“Ace Hardware stores are independently owned and operated by a local entrepreneur and are part of the fabric of each community. We offer the same personalized approach with each of our projects,” said Bryan Garvey, CEO of Corbet Design + Build.
Corbet is handling construction and permitting for the building, which is expected to be complete in Summer 2017. The exterior will feature a blend of stucco, stone veneer and brick with a dark bronze standing seam metal roof.
