Marcus & Millichap Arranges The Sale Of A 12,169 SF Retail Property

Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Corral Plaza, a 12,169-square foot retail property located in Madisonville, Texas, according to Kyle Palmer, Regional Manager of the firm’s Fort Worth office.

Philip Levy, Senior Managing Director Investments and Chris Gainey, Senor Associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. After procuring multiple offers from both, in-state and out-of-state investors, the buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured by Mr. Levy and Mr. Gainey within three weeks of marketing the property.

Corral Plaza is a 12,169-square foot, multi-tenant retail center located at 3303 E Main Street in Madisonville, Texas. The center is 100 percent occupied, and all leases are triple-net. Tenants consist of Subway, Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, Shipley’s Donuts, United Country - David Coleman, Electric Vape and Donnie Lee Martial Arts. The buildings are new 2015 construction and sit on 2.66 acres with ample paved parking.
