Buffett Senior Healthcare Opens New Zip-Lead Division

4/15/17

Buffett Senior Healthcare Corp. (BSH) over the span of the last three years has been renovating many of their lead-based sales distributions autonomous from their largest producing Exclusive Territory Preset Appointment Division (ETPAD). As of the 2nd Quarter of this year, they have announced the opening of their new Zip-Lead Division.

Using this redesigned marketing methodology, it provides their sales people leads only by zip codes and to a specifically targeted demographic. This virtually eliminates the travel required by many of their competitors that furnish leads to their salespeople, many also charging for their leads. BSH's new Zip-Lead Division provides higher quality prospects, travel only within zip codes, no lead charge, and markedly higher commissions. Currently only interviewing the most qualified individuals, those hired now will have the opportunity to begin at the ground floor of this enhanced and improved division.

In response to the high success of the Zip-Lead Division's beta tests during 2016, the investors of the corporation unanimously voted to adjust their previously scheduled launch date of three more restructured and enhanced inside sales distributions.

This is broadening Buffett's ability to grant alternative career opportunities to otherwise qualified individuals that previously would not have met their criterion for employment in their ETPAD. Their goal for these additional distributions is to provide an opportunity for anyone that desires to work in the insurance industry to find a home with BSH.

One executive remarked, "By allowing cross-divisional opportunities to our sales associates it minimizes turnover and maximizes success. It is all about expanding a salesperson's horizons. We are giving them more opportunity by offering various career alternatives. Our goal is to better support them in their pursuit of a long-term career path of wealth and achievement with us."
