Philip Levy, Senior Managing Director Investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. The buyer, a private investor, was also secured by Mr. Levy.

Clear Sky Retail Center is a 9,717-square foot multi-tenant retail center located at 1805 S. Padre Island Drive in Corpus Christi, Texas. The center is 100 percent occupied and all leases are triple-net. The building was constructed in 2003 and sits on 0.8 acres.

Eighty-five percent of the gross leasable area has national credit tenants, including GameStop, CATO, Ace Cash Express, and Sally Beauty Supply.
