Founded in 2004 by Dr. Kelly Warren, Dallas Dermatology has a long history of providing quality dermatology services to patients in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex through its five clinic locations in Frisco, Rockwall, Paris, Greenville, and Forney. Through this acquisition, Dallas Dermatology's dedicated providers and support staff have joined Epiphany in a partnership grounded in exceptional patient care.
