Strattam Capital, a private equity firm based in Austin and San Francisco, today announced that Hilary Fleischer and Kyle Reesing have been promoted from Vice President to Principal, effective immediately.

Kyle Reesing joined Strattam Capital in 2014 and is based in Austin. He serves as a board member at Doxim Holdings and was most recently a Vice President at Strattam. He received his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas – Austin and was previously with Vista Equity Partners and Gefinor. Kyle received his undergraduate degree, with distinction, from Purdue University.

Hilary Fleischer joined Strattam Capital in 2014 and is based in San Francisco. She serves as a board member at Blacksmith Applications and was most recently a Vice President at Strattam. She was previously with KKR and Lazard, and earned her MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Hilary completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude.
