Onex Corp’s sale of USI Insurance Services has drawn first round bids from Carlyle Group LP, CVC Capital Partners and KKR & Co, Bloomberg is reporting. The offers value USI at more than $4 billion; Bank of America Corp is advising, the story said. Onex acquired USI from Goldman Sachs Group Inc in 2012 in a deal valued at $2.3 billion.
