Andrew R. Stubblefield

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that associate Andrew R. Stubblefield has earned Board Certification for construction law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (TBLS). Board Certification is a mark of excellence and it indicates substantial, relevant experience in a select field of law as well as demonstrated, and tested, special competence in that area of law.

“We congratulate Andrew on his recognition by the State Bar of Texas as a Board Certified construction attorney,” said Bradley’s Houston Office Managing Partner Ian P. Faria. “This is a prestigious honor for Andrew and it further distinguishes our group of highly experienced construction attorneys serving our clients in Texas and around the world.”

Mr. Stubblefield works from the firm’s Dallas office representing clients in Texas state and federal trial courts, and before the federal appeals courts and the Supreme Court of Texas. His practice is concentrated largely on litigation and appellate matters on behalf of construction clients. He has represented clients in a range of matters, including collections and post-judgment issues, subrogation, DTPA actions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, as well as arbitration matters before the American Arbitration Association. He earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Established by the State Bar of Texas, the TBLS certifies attorneys in 22 select areas of law and is the only organization authorized to provide this service to the citizens of Texas. Mr. Stubblefield is one of only 7,450 of the state’s more than 100,000 attorneys to be recognized as a Board Certified specialist.
