As advisor to Titan Senior Living, Cushman & Wakefield Senior Housing Capital Markets has arranged a $15.2 million construction loan for the development of Élan Corpus Christi, a 109-unit, amenity-rich assisted living and memory care community located in Corpus Christi, Texas. The community will be managed by leading regional operator Civitas. The financing was provided by a Texas-based regional bank. Titan Senior Living is the development arm of Titan Development, a large commercial real estate development based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Élan Corpus Christi will be situated on a five-acre site and will feature 77 assisted living units and 32 memory care units in a three-story building. The project will represent Titan Senior Living’s sixth senior housing development and will represent the 23rd managed senior housing community for Civitas Senior Living.
The Cushman & Wakefield team involved in the transaction included Senior Director Aaron Rosenzweig, Executive Managing Director Richard Swartz, Executive Director Jay Wagner and Associate Sam Dylag.
