Nick Steven Karanges, a seasoned leader and successful business entrepreneur in several industries, has joined Innovative Developers, Inc. as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Services.
A Texas Christian University graduate, Karanges has experience in commercial and residential real estate, ranching, insurance, mortgage lending, publishing and eye care. He most recently (2010-2017) was Publisher / Senior Account Executive for the Fort Worth Business Press.

Karanges has distinguished himself as a civic leader with a long list of networking successes and alliance building. He has a history of excellence in customer service, and the ability to analyze financial and product situations and develop strategic solutions to control costs and increaserevenues.
At the Business Press, Karanges represented the paper in the community and was consistently the toprevenueproducer.
He has been a licensed Texas real estate agent since 2010. While with Transwestern Commercial Real Estate, he dealt with officeleasing,industrialsalesandresidentialsales.
Karanges was co-owner / operator of 1stEyeCare in Arlington from 1991-2009 and co-owner / operator of Southern Star Ranch in FortWorth from 2001-2009. He established a multi-level horse operation, including breeding, raising,training, showing and sellingAmerican QuarterHorsesforcompetition intheNationalCuttingHorseAssociation, aswellastheAmericanQuarterHorse Association.
After having received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1981, Karanges earned a Master of Science from TCU in 1983.
He long has been involved in the North Texas community. Today, he is a memberof the TCUCommunicationAdvisoryBoard and a boardmember of theGreatestGiftCatalog. He is a member of the TexasRealEstateCommission, the UnitedStatesSailandPowerSquadron, Eagle Mountain Classic Boat Club and a member and judge for the NationalCuttingHorseAssociation.
