Sabrina Jiwani and Jacquelyn Rex Join Bradley Arant Boult Cummings as Associates

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Sabrina N. Jiwani and Jacquelyn R. Rex have joined the firm’s Houston office as associates in the Construction and Government Contracts Practice Group.

“We are thrilled to welcome Sabrina and Jacquelyn to our firm as new associates,” said Bradley’s Houston Office Managing Partner Ian P. Faria. “Both bring valuable experience that will be beneficial to our clients and to Bradley’s construction practice.”

Ms. Jiwani focuses her practice primarily on construction law. She has experience in developing practical legal solutions for complex problems, and in advising clients on litigation and cross-functional business matters. Prior to joining the firm, she served as an assistant vice president and senior counsel for JPMorgan Chase & Co., focused in collections litigation and sworn documents. She also previously served as an assistant district attorney for Bronx County, New York, in the Child Abuse and Sex Crimes Division. Ms. Jiwani earned her J.D. from Washington University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin.

Ms. Rex also focuses her practice on construction law. She has experience defending construction companies in multi-plaintiff suits involving large-scale infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Bradley, she served as a law clerk for Judge Rolando Olvera of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, where she maintained active civil and criminal dockets. She earned her J.D. (cum laude) from Boston University School of Law, her Master of Arts from the University of Texas-Pan American, and her Bachelor of Arts (magna cum laude) from Texas A&M University.
