A partnership affiliated with Wile Interests, Inc. has commenced construction on the third retail component in the Katy Green mixed-use development at the intersection of the Katy Freeway and GreenhouseRoad in west Houston. Katy Green offers a heavily-treed park setting for Class-A offices, multiple restaurants and dining options, and other services in the heart of the west Houston I-10 Corridor.

Tenants in the third phase of Katy Green will join Starbucks, Chick fil-A, Snap Kitchen, Corner Bakery, Potbelly Sandwiches, SmashBurger, Verts Kebap, Masala Wok and others.

Wile Interests is a regional developer of retail, office and residential properties in Texas and Louisiana. The firm was started in 1991 by Randolph Wile, and to date, has developed properties valued in excess of $500,000 million.
