Chuy’s, the Austin-based Tex-Mex restaurant known for authentic, fresh food and eclectic decor, is hiring 165 employees for its new Akers Mill location, opening late-February.

Chuy’s will hire a variety of full- and part-time positions, including hosts, servers, bussers and bartenders to support its vibrant atmosphere. The Tex-Mex restaurant also seeks talented kitchen staff to help prepare its made-from-scratch dishes and signature sauces.

“At Chuy’s, we pride ourselves on working hard and having fun at the same time,” said Bryan Turner, local owner/operator of the soon-to-open Akers Mill location. “We’re eager to put together a team of individuals who will demonstrate our culture of fresh food and friendly service to customers.”

The opening of Chuy’s Akers Mill will mark the third metropolitan Atlanta location, joining Chuy’s Dunwoody (118 Perimeter Center W) and Chuy’s Kennesaw (585 Ernest W Barrett Pkwy NW).
