HFF Arranges $14.15M Refinancing for 5-property Industrial Portfolio in Dallas and Houston, Texas

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announced today that it has arranged a $14.15 million refinancing for a five-property industrial portfolio totaling 440,473 square feet in Dallas and Houston metropolitan areas.

Working on behalf of the borrower, Berkeley Partners, HFF placed the five-year, fixed-rate loan with LegacyTexas Bank.

The industrial portfolio comprises 13 buildings in Beltwood Tech Center (Farmers Branch, Texas), Center Point Business Park (Mesquite), Glenville Business Center (Richardson) and Valpointe Business Park (Carrolton), which are all located in Dallas-Fort Worth area, all in separate submarkets. Additionally, the portfolio includes Cypress II Business Center, which is located in Houston’s North Freeway/Tomball Parkway industrial submarket. The multi-tenant properties are leased to a variety of tenants, including Turn Around Communications, Inc.; Security Control System, Inc.; Arsham Gymnastics, Inc.; Texas Metals Industrials, Inc.; Murray Drywall and InterFET Corporation.

The HFF debt placement team representing the borrower was led by director Jeff Sause and senior managing director Kevin Mackenzie along with managing director Adam Herrin.
