Wagner Eubank & Nichols Joins Whitley Penn

Whitley Penn is pleased to announce that Wagner, Eubank & Nichols, a Dallas based CPA firm with an office in Austin, will join Whitley Penn effective January 1, 2017.

Founded in 2001 by the merger of two practices originally established in the early 1980’s, Wagner, Eubank & Nichols is a public accounting firm whose partners and professionals have extensive experience in the areas of both public and private accounting. The firm provides assurance, tax, financial accounting and consulting services to clients throughout Texas and the surrounding states.

Wagner, Eubank & Nichols works with clients in a broad spectrum of industries and businesses including but not limited to, real estate, oil & gas, manufacturing and distribution, family offices, hedge funds and employee benefit plans.
