Greysteel, a national commercial real estate investment services firm, has arranged the sale of Treehouse Apartments, a multifamily property located in Arlington, TX, on behalf of RMC Consultants to a private investor.

Greysteel Managing Director, Boyan Radic; Senior Director, Doug Banerjee; and Investment Associates, Andrew Mueller, Ryan Hill, and Andrew Hanson; who are all based in the Company’s Dallas and Fort Worth offices, represented the seller and procured the buyer.

Treehouse Apartments, built in 1972, is composed of five buildings totaling 16 units. Located in the middle of the Metroplex, residents have convenient access to major DFW thoroughfares such as I-30, I-20, I-820, and SH-360 leading to Downtown Dallas and Downtown Fort Worth.
