Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announced today that it has closed the sale of the DoubleTree by Hilton Houston Downtown, a 350-room, full-service hotel situated within the mixed-use Allen Center in downtown Houston, Texas.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Houston Downtown features 18,000 square feet of function space, including two fully-divisible ballrooms; Trofi Restaurant & Bar, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner; Atrium Lobby Lounge, which serves lunch and dinner; a 24-hour fitness center and 24-hour business center. DoubleTree by Hilton Houston Downtown is situated on 1.15 acres at 400 Dallas Street within a one-mile radius of some of downtown Houston’s top demand drivers, including George R. Brown Convention Center, Minute Maid Park and the Toyota Center. In addition to the hotel’s location within the Allen Center mixed-use office, retail and hotel complex, the property is adjacent to Heritage Plaza. Together, the four buildings comprise almost 4.4 million square feet of Class A office space that is immediately proximate to the hotel.
