HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Madden Bolt Corporation (http://www.maddenbolt.com) announced today that Michael Devience has joined the operations team as Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager and will lead the company’s customer satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives. Madden Bolt is expected to receive its AISC Quality Management System (QMS) Certification this month. Michael Devience is a certified ISO-9001 Lead Auditor (Exemplar Global, Inc.) with more than 20 years of QA/QC management experience building and leading quality programs for oil & gas and manufacturing & fabrication companies. He has a proven track record of implementing quality systems and previously secured ISO-9001 certification for two companies.
Michael’s role as QA/QC Manager is critical as Madden Bolt undergoes rigorous audits and reviews to ensure that implementation of its QMS complies with or exceeds the requirements of the AISC standard. Michael is also charged with developing programs to ensure the company’s QMS is supported by consistent checks and balances including non-conformance reporting, corrective action, management review, on-going training and cost of quality assessments. “Madden Bolt’s QMS needs to be a proactive system which prevents nonconforming product instead of reactive system which focuses on problems as they happen. My goal is to ensure that we apply controls in every phase of operation so that we can meet or exceed customers’ expectations on every order,” said Devience.
