Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announced today that it has secured financing for Airport Centre I and II, two Class A office buildings totaling 250,000 square feet near Dallas Fort Worth International Airport in Dallas, Texas.

Working on behalf of the borrower, Stanton Road Capital, LLC (“SRC”), HFF placed the fixed-rate loan with American National Insurance Co. Loan proceeds were used to acquire the properties, expanding SRC’s Class A office portfolio in Dallas to more than 800,000 square feet.

Airport Centre I and II is located at 2201-2208 Highway 121 and Airport Freeway (Highway 183) in the Mid-Cities submarket of Dallas/Fort Worth. Completed in 2001, the properties are 83 percent leased to a roster of investment-grade insurance, healthcare and financial tenants.

The HFF debt placement team representing SRC was led by senior managing director Wally Reid and directors Kelly Layne and Cullen Aderhold.
