National law firm Chamberlain Hrdlicka today announced the election of Habeeb “Hobbs” Gnaim to the firm’s management committee. Gnaim is a shareholder in Chamberlain Hrdlicka and heads the firm’s Tax Planning and Business Transactions Group.

A graduate of the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and Georgetown University Law Center, LL.M. in Taxation, Gnaim has more than ten years of experience in tax and corporate legal matters, including the formation, governance, reorganization and internal structuring of corporation partnerships and limited liability companies. Gnaim typically works with business owners, executives, chief financial officers, tax directors, outside accountants, bankers, family offices, and other advisors to provide efficient solutions to tax and corporate issues that arise in the normal day to day business setting. In addition to his new position on the firm’s management committee, Gnaim also serves as co-chair of Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s recruiting program.
