Wells Fargo Reports 10.3% Stake Worth $313M in InterOil - CBL

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Wells Fargo & Co. (NYSE: WFC) today disclosed stakes worth $384.84 million in four firms on Citybizlist's radar, the bulk of it in The Woodlands, Texas-based InterOil Corp. (NYSE: IOC), according to Form 13G filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The San Francisco financial group said it owned a 10.25 percent stake -- amounting to 4.39 million shares and worth about $312.64 million -- in the integrated energy company that operates in Papua New Guinea and the Southwest Pacific region.
Wells Fargo also reported a 4.95 percent stake, amounting to 1.45 million shares, in Atlanta-based Gentiva Health Services Inc. (Nasdaq: GTIV). The stake was valued at $42.06 million.
In Arbitron Inc. (NYSE: ARB), a media and marketing research firm based in Columbia, Md., Wells Fargo disclosed a 4.36 percent holding, amounting to 1.15 million shares and worth $27.36 million.
Wells Fargo also reported a 5 percent holding -- amounting to 234,865 shares and valued at $2.78 million -- in DWS Strategic Income Trust (NYSE: KST), a diversified, closed-end management investment company based in New York.
All dollar values are based on the respective stock's March 10 closing price.
