HOUSTON - Ford Nassen & Baldwin, P.C., is pleased to announce that David L. Tolin, Jr. has joined the firm's Houston office as an associate, continuing the firm's expansion of its Houston office. Mr. Tolin most recently was a special investigator with US Investigations Services, LLC (USIS), the largest commercial provider of background investigations to the federal government, which also specializes in construction surveillance services.

Mr. Tolin's practice focuses on all aspects of the construction process. He assists clients in preparing contract documents, counseling on business and legal issues that arise during construction projects, as well as risk management, and resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration or litigation.

"We welcome David to our firm and expect him to be a great addition to our Houston office which continues to grow to support our clients in Houston and throughout Texas," said Curtis W. Martin, a shareholder and partner-in-charge of the firm's Houston office.
